E&I Supervisor

About the role

We need an experienced E&I Supervisor to lead electrical and instrumentation crews on a major industrial project in Louisiana. You will own the daily plan for your crews, make sure installation work is done safely and to specification, and be the first point of contact for the superintendent and the client's field team.

What you will do

• Plan and direct daily E&I work fronts: cable, tray, conduit, terminations, instruments and loop checks.
• Run toolbox talks, permits and pre-task planning with your crews every shift.
• Check work against drawings and specification and close out punch items.
• Track progress, manpower and materials and report to the E&I Superintendent.
• Coordinate with other disciplines so work fronts stay clear and productive.

What we look for

• A background as an electrical or instrumentation tradesperson with supervisory experience on industrial, petrochemical or energy sites.
• Sound knowledge of E&I installation practice, drawings and testing.
• A firm approach to safety and quality, and the ability to bring a crew with you.
• Clear communication with clients, supervisors and other disciplines.
