Data Center Low-Voltage Installation & Testing

Overview

LV raceway, cable pulling, terminations and testing for data centers, tracked through to final inspection and energization.

Data centers put far more demand on low-voltage scope than most industrial projects. Thousands of power, control, instrumentation and communications circuits have to be installed, terminated and proven before a hall can be energized, and every one of them needs a clean record.

Low-voltage scope we deliver

  • LV raceway systems below 1kV: conduit, cable tray, wireway and underground ductbank
  • Cable pulling for LV power, control, instrumentation and communications
  • Terminations: prep, stripping, lugs, connectors, glands, heat-shrink and cold-shrink
  • Grounding and bonding verification for raceways, equipment, shields and conductors
  • Continuity, insulation-resistance, phase-rotation and point-to-point testing
  • Documentation and deficiency tracking through final inspection, turnover and energization

One contractor from LV to MV

Because the same crews handle medium-voltage terminations up to 69kV and commissioning, there is no handoff between the LV installer and the team that proves the system. Deficiencies are logged and closed in our live completions platform, so nothing waits on paperwork.
