We draw from a pool of 800+ electricians and transition experienced crews directly from concluding megaprojects to new sites, which keeps onboarding friction low. On Golden Pass LNG we put 200+ people on site in two weeks.

Our crews work to a right-first-time standard, with a 2026 EMR of 0.69 and zero OSHA recordables across the active portfolio.
